For nearly 50 years, we have refined our craft to offer our clients high quality workmanship using the finest gold leaf available. With gold leaf, you truly get what you pay for as the alternatives lack the brilliance inherent to 23k gold. The leaf is applied to the surface once it has been sanded, primed, enameled and varnished with gold size. Once cured, the gold is burnished to enhance it's natural shine. If handled properly, the gold will not tarnish for decades and does not require a top coat. We only recommend the application of a clear coat if the sign is located in an environment where it may be touched. In addition to 23k Gold, we also offer 12k Gold, Palladium, Silver and Platinum leaf for signs, carvings and retail fixtures.
